Terms of Use - Commercial Use OK - License of the User 

Congratulations, you has just bought a product with license for commercial use.
Note : Or a digiclub member same applies for all use on  my presets to club members


The Commercial Licence for Designers allows the Digital and Professional usage of my products, when creating new comercial  products for Digital Scrapbooking.
This licence is limited to the following terms:
You have authorization to use these graphics in personal scrapbook pages and you have authorization to use compose or make your digital scraps products to resale.
If you want to use these graphs commercially, in your website, magazines, layouts, gallery or any other publication, it will be necessary that the due credits are given to CCDesigns

- You may not resell MY TEMPLATES, BRUSHES, SHAPES AND STYLES in their original design.
- You may not use my commercial use products to make other commercial use products�, you may only use to make other product personal use to sell.
- You may not create a pack or kit with this products only.
- My commercial products should be 40% of a kit.
- You may not use my graphics on ilegal websites or publications.
- NONE of my products can be transformed in a grayscale item to be resold as a Template.
- You may alter size as you need.
- You cannot use ANY of CCDesigns  products to create Stock images and sell them at any site, on CD
- The ORIGINAL item may not be offered as a freebie

YOU MAY NOT claim these original graphics as your own.
YOU MAY NOT Make Digitalized Embroidery designs to resell.
YOU MAY NOT make Rubber Stamps
YOU MAY NOT make Cross stitch kits
YOU MAY NOT add them to Software Programs
